and sunny but we found the last bit quite
hard. Perhaps because of the climb up to the Alto de Valbuena (1162m)
and then the long straight roads through pine forests reminiscent of
Les Landes.
One of the best things about the camino is the international setting
and the variety of people we meet both en route and at the destination.
